Below is our puppy aplication for you to fill out online. We will contact you to let you know if you have been approved. When approved, we will require a $500 non refundable deposite to reserve your puppy.

 

Remember that this application may be our first contact with and first impression of you. We look for serious and professional applicants and acknowledge the level of effort put into each application by our interested buyers. Applications that are incorrectly filled out or incomplete will be rejected.

 

*Please note: We give priority to individuals looking for service, therapy, and competition dogs but this is not a requirement for obtaining one of our puppies. Please make sure to indicate on your appplication if you are wanting a dog for one of these jobs. 

 

 

If you are looking for a white colored German Shepherd Dog, please do not fill out this application.
